As our “senior boss”, Dieter Holfelder can draw on an immeasurable wealth of expertise and experience. He was once the youngest master motor mechanic in northern Bavaria and then took over the business from his grandfather Hans Hiltl in 1977. Since then, he has steadily developed what was a small commercial vehicle workshop with six employees, and has continually opened up new business areas. Over time, the small Hiltl family business became Holfelder Holding, which now includes 14 companies. After more than five decades in the trucking business, Dieter Holfelder has seen and experienced everything the industry has to offer. Colleagues and customers appreciate him for his respectful interaction, trusting cooperation and professionalism. He creates a “we” feeling that brings people together within the company.
Managing Director Anna Holfelder has been involved in the business and the industry from a young age. Even as a schoolgirl, she occasionally spent her afternoons at the company, where she carried out small tasks. She later studied business law and worked as a student trainee in the company, which she joined fully after completing her studies. Our long-standing customers have known Anna since she was a child. This background, coupled with her open nature, makes her a person of trust for customers and colleagues, in addition to her role as managing director.
Thomas Buchner is a qualified IT specialist and initially joined the Holfelder family’s day-to-day business as a dispatcher in 2013. In doing so, he followed in the footsteps of his father, who has been working for the company as a workshop manager for decades. He extended his knowledge by successfully graduating as a specialist in freight transport and logistics (IHK). Today, as Head of Logistics and IT, he is responsible for the entire logistics area and IT in the Holfelder group of companies. Friendliness and complete reliability are his strengths. Together with his partner Anna Holfelder, he is an integral part of the Holfelder family and also the future of the company.
As an External Managing Director, Hendrick Lehmbrock has become an essential part of the Holfelder family and is always there to support Dieter, Anna and Thomas in day-to-day business. He has also been involved with commercial vehicles all his life: in 1993, Lehmbrock co-founded a rental company for cars and trucks and later sold the company to an international mobility provider, where he then held various management positions. In 2006, he switched to the manufacturing side and, among other things, managed the national sales of commercial vehicles and later his own car dealership group in Rhineland. He has been working with the Holfelder family since 2019. His area of responsibility includes sales for all brands in the commercial vehicle division and the used car business. As an interlocutor for the brand representatives from DAF, IVECO and MAN, and as the first point of contact for our sales team and many of our customers, Hendrick Lehmbrock plays a key role in the management team.
